Local MP Sheryll Murray had a very important duty on Thursday night (24th February 2011) to judge the Pudding Competition at the Railway Inn in Barn Street, Liskeard all in aid of Help for Hereos.
Sheryll had a tough challenge to choose from several fine puddings and made her choice carefully. Finally she chose pudding first timer Phil who had made a Banoffee cream pie.
Sheryll commented, “Some of my duties as a local MP are quite arduous but this was a real pleasure and all in a good cause too. I would like to thank the Railway Inn for their hospitality and all the competitors for their fine puddings.”
