Much of the content on this website was established while Sheryll Murray was a Member of Parliament. As Parliament has been dissolved there are no MPs until after the General Election on 8 June 2017.

Local MP Sheryll Murray joined local Council Candidate for the Rame Peninsula John Tivnan to welcome a £463,360 government grant for The Peninsula Trust Limited.

Andrew Percy MP, the Minister for Local Growth explained in a letter that there was a “£463,360 grant to create 6 work units in Rame, Cornwall, for the Peninsula Trust.  Work will include renovation of their existing property to create an area suitable for training, events and exhibitions.  Full support for local businesses will be provided.”

Between June and September this year unemployment fell by 37,000 and since last year 350,000 more people now have a full time job.

Figures released by the Office of National Statistics show that between July and September 2016, the British economy grew by 0.5%, meaning our economy has grown by over 1
