Today a cross party group of Councillors and MPs have presented the Secretary of State for Transport, Rt Hon Chris Grayling MP, a report entitled ‘A38 Case for Action’. Local MP Sheryll Murray chaired a group which involved a cross party group of Councillors, Cornwall Council, Plymouth City Council, the Highways England, the SAFE38 group, the Local Enterprise Group and local business groups.
