Lostwithiel Mayor Tim Hughes runs a business based in Lostwithiel and works throughout the area.  A keen advocate for public transport, Tim is also a Director at local community project MPower Kernow which opens young people’s eyes to the practical world of engineering and construction skills.  Tim is also a Trustee of the East Cornwall Search and Rescue Team.

Ron Greenhough has twelve years experience in Local Government and has represented the Council he served as Chairman of the Planning Committee, Planning Policy Group and lead member for Heritage.   He also served his community as President of a local Rotary Club.  Ron is keen to see improvements to road safety, the environment and to ensure that all future housing developments are appropriate to the  local community.

Jane Pascoe has served in Cornwall Council for the last 4 years and has been pleased to work hard for the residents in Liskeard West and Dobwalls.  She grew up here, ran a business in Liskeard for over four decades, serves on the Town Council including as Mayor and was Secretary of the Liskeard Chamber of Commerce.  She is keen to listen and work with all in the new Liskeard South and Dobwalls Division.

Liskeard FM presenter Phil Seeva has lots of Local Government experience having served on Cornwall Council for five years for Menheniot, including as the Conservative Group Leader.  He has also been the Mayor of Liskeard.  Phil is determined  to get the best deal for the Menheniot, St Cleer and St Neot area.  Recently he has worked with local MP Sheryll Murray on proposed improvements to the A38.

Recently married Nick Craker has served Liskeard on Cornwall Council for the last four years. Still in his 20’s, Nick feels he has a real stake in Liskeard’s future and is determined to see the town reach its full potential. Nick has campaigned for jobs and new infrastructure before houses. He is committed to public service and working closely with Police Commissioner Alison Hernandez to combat crime.

Robin Willoughby has stood for Council previously and was successfully elected as a Member of the Youth Parliament.  Robin lives locally and works on the Rame Peninsula in insurance, has sung in the Rame Peninsula Male Voice Choir and is a qualified deck hand.  Robin is keen to help solve local problems such as poor roads safety and upkeep and protect our beautiful environment.

Experienced Town Councillor John Tivnan has been active in the Royal British Legion for many years.  John cares greatly about our town leading in the Cornwall in Bloom competition.  He wants to improve Torpoint, ensure the ferry functions better and look for parking solutions and road improvements in the town.

Landulph Parish Council Chairman Martin Worth is a Volunteer Community Enterprise Hopper Bus driver which means he has got to know the whole area well.  As an active member of the Saltash Road Safety Committee he is keen to see improvements to the A38.  He is keen to develop the local economy and improve water communications on the Tamar.

Lewis Virgo is currently studying for his Doctorate in Politics.  Lewis attended Saltash schools and has worked for Sheryll Murray MP. He currently works as a key worker on nights for a Saltash supermarket.  Lewis is keen to see improvements to our roads including the A38.  He is keen to improve Saltash and see a cleaner environment and better services for our young people.

Saltash Tamar

Former restaurateur and publican Sheila Lennox Boyd is determined to continue to build on the work she has done in the Saltash area as Councillor for the last four years.  Sheila backs local sport by being President of Saltash United football club and a patron of the rugby club in Saltash.  Having been in the hospitality trade in the area for 40 years she is keen we build back stronger following Covid.

Marathon runner Sharon Daw has served as the Cornwall Councillor for the Lynher Division for the last 4 years.  She wants to continue to serve the area which includes Pensilva, St Ive, Henwood, Upton Cross, Rilla Mill, Linkinhorne, Bray Shop, South Hill, Golberdon and Trevigro.  She is also keen to take on the issues that face St Mellion, Quethiock, Blunts and Pillaton in the new Division.
